Shipping policy

Many of our items including shoes, apparel, and other accessories are made using a process called print on demand or craft on demand. This process reduces waste and means that you get a 1 of 1 product, always made to the same high standards and shipped directly to you. Items made in Italy have a lead time between 2 weeks and 30 days and generally ship quickly utilizing expedited international shipping services, once they pass the final quality control check. Other items are made in China, Mexico, the USA, or other regions and can have a lead time between 5 days and 30 days. We provide you with a tracking number as soon as the items has shipped.
